- Can I choose different cookie flavors within a single order?
If you're purchasing four or more of our regular sized glasses - yes - you'll be given the option to choose two of our delicious cookie varieties. When ordering our Grande glasses or a Set of 2 regular sized glasses you may choose one of our delicious cookie varieties. Don't forget - you can always send extra cookies for extra variety! - Do you offer discounts for large quantities?

- Can you bill my company for company orders?

- If I don't hear from the person I sent the cookies to, can I trace the package?
Yes. You'll receive the FedEx tracking number via email. Back to top
- What is your breakage policy?
We have customized packaging for our cookie glasses that provides the maximum protection during shipment; however, in the event of a breakage, please contact us at info@cookieglass.com or call 614-775-9369. We will replace any broken glass at no cost. Back to top
- Can I specify an exact shipping date?
Yes - Please call (614-775-9369) or contact us via e-mail info@cookieglass.com. We can accommodate your requested shipping date, but unfortunately FedEx can not guarantee an exact delivery date. Back to top
- How long will our cookies retain their quality and freshness?
If our cookies are stored in an airtight container they should remain fresh for
2-3 days. Keeping our cookies fresh should not be a problem as they seem to disappear once they are tasted. Back to top
- Can our cookies be frozen?
Although our cookies are baked fresh the morning they are shipped, we do not use any preservatives. If you are not going to eat them in a few days, we suggest you freeze them and thaw them out at a later date. Back to top
- What if I have allergies?
For those who have allergy concerns, our products may contain these following allergens: eggs, wheat, soy beans, tree nuts, milk. May contain trace amounts of peanuts. Back to top
